Description In food processing industry, it is used as buffer, chelate agent, stabilizer emulsifier.

 

1 Chemical Name: Potassium phosphate Dibasic (Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate )

2 Molecular Formula: K2HPO4

3 Molecular weight : 174.17

4 Character: Colourless or white monocline crystal granule. Easily deliquescence, easily soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol. PH 9 in 1% aqueous solution.

5 Uses: In food processing industry, it is used as buffer, chelate agent, stabilizer emulsifier.

6 Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as liner, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

7 Storage and transport: It should be stored in a dry, ventilative and clean warehouse; kept away from moisture and hot. Furthermore, it should be stored separately from poisonous substances.
