Properties: Transparent glass-like powder or scaly solid , Relative Density is 2.484,high deliquescence in air , dissolve in water: 973.2g per 1L water at 20°C, PH of 1% solution is 5.5-6.5,not dissolve in organic solvent , hydrolyze to positive phosphate in neuter mediums.

Usage: Decreases the amount of cookedout juices in poultry and pork,as a water treatment  Agent,emul sifier,defloculent,sequstering agent, PH adjusting agent, fermentation agent.
