Zinc Oxide Grades: Indirect process Zinc Oxide, Direct Process Zinc Oxide, Calcined Zinc Oxide, Feed Grade Zinc Oxide, Pharmaceutic Zinc Oxide, nanometer Zinc Oxide, etc.

Property: White powder, odourless, relative density 5.606, stable under normal temperature. Insoluble in water and alcohol, soluble in acid, alkaki and amkonium solution.

Usage: Used in rubber, dope cable, porcelain enamel, oil, pottery and porcelain, glass and other chemical industry.

Direct method zinc oxide99.7% which belongs to gender-oxide dissolves in Acid, alkali solution but not in water or ethanol.

Direct method zinc oxide turns yellow at high enough temperature and restores white

Characteristics and functions:
1.It has strong activity, uniform particle size and strong dispersion. It plays a good rule in the promotion of vulcanization. It can increase the crosslink density of vulcanized rubber and vulcanizes more completely.
2. It can better improve the rubber viscosity and improve the adhesion between rubber and skeleton materials such as steel wires and curtain fabric.
3. Rubber has good Dynamic performance, small deformation, less heat production, nice wearability and good resistance to aging

Application:
Rubber zinc oxide is used in radial tires, bias tires, conveyor belts, rubber hoses, rubber belts, rubber shoes, latex gloves and other rubber products manufacturing. Our products’ performance is in full compliance with the requirements of the state, ministry of chemical industry and U.S. ASTM standards.

Packaging and Transport:
1. Packed in woven bag lined with plastic bag.
2. Standard weight: 25kg
3. We can also have packed as per users’ instruction.
4. Pay attention to keep away from moisture in transportation and storage process.
